Professor Krempien has published over 100 original papers, reviews and chapters and has been fortunate to be awarded among others the Jean Paul Obrecht Award in 2001 and the Award for Technical Innovations in Radiation Oncology at the 2003 Meeting of the German Society of Radiation Oncology (DEGRO).
